Following on from the early episode on a meditation approach this one looks at a breathing exercise. I have found this exercise worked for me when I needed to take a moment to calm my mind from rising stress, anxiety, and panic attacks.
It's an exercice you can do whenever and wherever. Doesn't take too long and is handy to know.
